Brisbane

The Brisbane Depot is currently located in the suburb of Hemmant where its primary function is to distribute our product locally as well as supply wholesalers & retailers throughout Australia. Our current factory in conjunction with our Coffs Harbour Depot includes a significant cold storage network. This will ensure a consistent supply of product during high seasonal demand such as Christmas, Easter, school holidays etc. Due to the growing demand of top quality bait, Tweed Bait has included a new 600 pallet storage and distribution depot in the suburb of Hemmant which has commenced operation. Located next to other major storage, transport and shipping (port of Brisbane) facilities this will ensure further demand and distribution of our product will be met in the future with the highest of standards.

Local distribution includes the Brisbane metropolitan area from Ipswich in the west, to Redland Bay in the East, extending north to Bribie Island through the Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Gympie, and into Rainbow Beach just south of Frazer Island. Other deliveries include the Bay Islands such as Macleay, Russell, Coohiemudulo etc, as well as Moreton and North Stradbroke who receive regular Ferry and Barge services on a sometimes twi0ce weekly basis. Also places such as Toowoomba, Gatton, St George, Kingaroy, Dalby and others in the South East corner (which are fresh water fisheries) enjoy weekly deliveries of Tweed Bait via numerous freezer freight services.

Wholesale distribution from Brisbane services the central and north coasts of Queensland where product is freighted to most major outlets located in the Mackay region, Rockhampton, Townsville, Cairns through to Mossman, Thursday and also Mt. Isa in North Western Queensland. The Northern Territory is supplied with regular freight services to Darwin where wholesaler distribute to a large area of the Top End.
